Using finite discrete group characters and symmetry breaking by hyperflux as well as constraints on top-quark family, we study minimal low energy effective theory following from SU5×D4 models embedded in F-theory with non-abelian flux.

Determination of Genus of Normal Subgroups of Discrete Groups
In this work, subgroups of a special class of discrete subgroups of PLS(2,R), namely the ones of the first kind with genus 0, have been studied. We establish a technique to compute the genus of these subgroups in terms of the genus of easier groups. The method established here can be used for triangle groups, surface groups and Hecke groups (including ...

An eight‐stream 2.5D Transformer integrates complementary PET metabolic and CT morphologic information to estimate spread‐through‐air‐spaces risk before surgery in lung adenocarcinoma. The model generalizes across independent centers, while its continuous risk score independently stratifies progression‐free survival, supporting further prospective ...

A framework of inflation is formulated based on symmetry groups and their associated automorphic functions. In this setting the inflaton multiplet takes values in a curved target space constructed from a continuous group G and a discrete subgroup Γ.

Group extensions and discrete subgroups of Lie groups [PDF]
Let F be a discrete uniform subgroup of a connected simply connected solvable Lie group S. It is shown how S is essentially determined by F, using the point of view of group extensions. Let r be a discrete uniform subgroup of a connected simply connected solvable Lie group S.

This paper presents a general framework for modular synthesis of supervisors for discrete event systems. The approach is based on compositional minimisation, using concepts of process equivalence.

CD112 Lactylation Drives Dual Immune Evasion From CD8+ T Cells and NK Cells
AARS2 functions as an intracellular lactate sensor and lactyltransferase, catalyzing CD112 K412 lactylation to block ubiquitination‐dependent degradation and stabilize CD112. This pathway suppresses CD8+ T‐cell and NK‐cell cytotoxicity, enabling dual immune evasion.

Topological fermion condensates from anomalies
We show that a class of fermion theory formulated on a compact, curved manifold will generate a condensate whose magnitude is determined only by the volume and Euler characteristic of the space.

USING THE INTEGRATIVE MODEL TO PREDICT VEGETABLE SUBGROUP CONSUMPTION AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS [PDF]
Although eating the recommended amount of vegetables is associated with many health benefits, vegetable consumption is low among college students in the United States.

For a closed subgroup of a locally compact group the Rieffel induction process gives rise to a C*-correspondence over the C*-algebra of the subgroup. We study the associated Cuntz–Pimsner algebra and show that, by varying the subgroup to be open, compact,
