Twin study of Parkinson disease
Neurology, 1981Zero concordance for Parkinson disease was found in the first 12 monozygotic twin pairs examined in an ongoing twin study. One co-twin (subject without Parkinson disease) had essential tremor, another had cerebral vascular disease, and a third was an alcoholic.

Dupuytren’s Disease in Identical Twins
Journal of Hand Surgery, 1993The aetiology of Dupuytren’s disease remains unknown, although hereditary and environmental influences have been implicated. Previous reports have suggested that identical twins will develop identical contractures. This paper reports two pairs of identical twins, in each of which only one twin has evidence of Dupuytren’s disease.
