In patients with coronary artery disease and diabetes following acute coronary syndrome, adherence to five or more guideline‐directed prevention strategies resulted in a 35% reduction in mortality compared to limited adherence, highlighting the dose‐dependent relationship between comprehensive preventive care and improved clinical outcomes.

In this pre‐post intervention study, patients undergoing septoplasty showed significant improvements in both nasal patency (PNIF) and pulmonary function tests (PFT) after surgery.
