Impact of Adherence to Guideline‐Directed Prevention Strategies on Clinical Outcomes in Patients With Coronary Artery Disease and Diabetes Mellitus Following Acute Coronary Syndrome: A 3‐Year Cohort Study

In patients with coronary artery disease and diabetes following acute coronary syndrome, adherence to five or more guideline‐directed prevention strategies resulted in a 35% reduction in mortality compared to limited adherence, highlighting the dose‐dependent relationship between comprehensive preventive care and improved clinical outcomes.

Septoplasty‐mediated improvements in nasal patency and pulmonary function: A prospective study

In this pre‐post intervention study, patients undergoing septoplasty showed significant improvements in both nasal patency (PNIF) and pulmonary function tests (PFT) after surgery. The variations in PNIF significantly correlated with variations in PFT, suggesting an important link between nasal patency and lung mechanics.
