Éclairage sur le rôle des moines chartreux du Val-Saint-Esprit dans le démantèlement du château comtal de Gosnay (comté d’Artois, Pas-de-Calais) au début du xvie siècle

open access: yesBulletin du Centre d’Études Médiévales d’Auxerre, 2018
Within the framework of an interdisciplinary research concerning the Carthusian monastery of Val-Saint-Esprit located in Gosnay, we’ve been able to provide a perspective concerning the role the Carthusian monks played in the dismantling of the comtal ...

Degradable Magnetic Composites from Recycled NdFeB Magnets for Soft Actuation and Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
This work presents a degradable soft magnetic composite made from recycled NdFeB particles embedded in a gelatin‐based organogel. The material is processed into magnetic sensors and soft robotic components, which can later be dissolved in a green solvent to recover NdFeB magnetic particles.

Multiphoton‐Printed Microrobotic Arrays Powered by Discrete, Monolithically Integrated Hydrogel Actuators

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
Functional surfaces are investigated as a foundation for reconfigurable microscale systems with sensing and actuation capabilities. Advances in additive manufacturing enable our development of planar arrays of hybrid‐material, compliant microdevices that convert environmental stimuli into programmed motion and visual responses.

Magnetic Micro‐ and Nanorobots for Precision Thrombolysis: Design Strategies and Translational Challenges

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
Micro‐ and nanorobots for targeted thrombolysis. This perspective elaborates on the clinical indication of blood clot disorders and current limitations for treatment. As a novel, alternative solution, micro‐ and nanorobots can be used to treat and break down thrombi.

NMJ dismantling model.

open access: yes, 2012
The nuclear receptor pathway involving FTZ-F1 and HR39 regulates the EcR-B1 expression in muscle and initiate dismantling. FTZ-F1 and HR39 positively and negatively respectively control the EcR-B1 expression at the postsynapse.

Perivascular Matrix Densification Dysregulates Angiogenesis and Activates Pro‐Inflammatory Endothelial Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Perivascular matrix densification promotes the emergence of aberrant endothelial tip cells (ATECs) that invade and persist within fibrotic microenvironments. Using in vivo lineage tracing and a human microvessel model, this study shows that fibrous matrix cues destabilize VE‐cadherin–mediated junctions to gate TGF‐β signaling, inducing a pro ...

Understanding and Overcoming Antibody‐Drug Conjugate Resistance: Biological Mechanisms and Emerging Analytical Frameworks in Breast Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) transform breast cancer therapy, yet resistance limits their durability. Emerging evidence reveals that ADC failure is not solely tumor‐intrinsic but shaped by dynamic tumor–microenvironment interactions that alter drug delivery, processing, and response.
