A novel therapy using engineered immune cells (NAC‐T cells) showed promise for refractory malignant mesothelioma. Based on the encouraging preclinical data, the first‐in‐human trial is initiated, demonstrating tolerable safety and promising anti‐tumor activity (ORR 63.6%, DCR 100%, including one CR).

Functional analysis of novel androgen receptor mutations in a unique cohort of Indonesian patients with a disorder of sex development [PDF]
Mutations in the androgen receptor (AR) gene, rendering the AR protein partially or completely inactive, cause androgen insensitivity syndrome, which is a form of a 46,XY disorder of sex development (DSD). We present 3 novel AR variants found in a cohort

A Tac1‐Expressing Brainstem Pathway Underlies the Pathogenesis of Trigeminal Neuralgia
A critical TG‐Sp5CTac1‐PBNTac1 pathway drives trigeminal neuropathic pain (TNP). Tac1‐expressing parabrachial nucleus (PBNTac1) neurons exhibit heightened responses to innocuous stimuli in TNP, and chemogenetic inhibition of these neurons effectively prevents TNP development.

Disorder of sex development: a rare case of a boy with an XY karyotype and Magnetic Resonance Imaging findings of hermaphroditism [PDF]
Disorders of sexual differentiation are rare congenital conditions in which the chromosomal, anatomic or gonadal sex development is atypical. In some of these patients, chromosomal sex is inconsistent with phenotypic sex; in other cases, the phenotype is

An entity‐centric foundation model, GloPath, is introduced for comprehensive glomerular lesion assessment from routine renal biopsy images. Trained on over one million glomeruli, the framework enables robust lesion recognition, grading, and cross modality diag nosis, while uncovering large‐scale clinicopathological associations.

A central molecular adaptor, ZSL, is identified that links transverse filaments ZYP1 to central element SCEP1/2 to drive synaptonemal complex assembly in Brassica napus. Loss of ZSL abolishes synaptonemal complex formation, disrupts meiotic chromosome segregation, and markedly increases crossovers, providing mechanistic insight into meiotic fidelity ...

Pituitary Macroadenoma in a Girl with Male Karyotype: A Rare Case Study
Macroadenoma is a tumor that typically develops in the epithelial cells of the pituitary gland. Patients suffering from the condition are often asymptomatic with complaints that are caused by hormonal imbalance. Therefore, chromosome analysis needs to be

We identified GRIA2 as a critical driver of gastric cancer peritoneal metastasis through in vivo CRISPR screening. Mechanistically, GRIA2‐mediated calcium influx inhibits GSK3β and activates Wnt/β‐catenin signaling, driven by glutamate from cancer‐associated fibroblasts.
