This article is the first of three linked articles about dispensing powers in relation to the formalities hitherto required for testamentary dispositions. It contains important insights into provisions enacted by overseas jurisdictions to legislate for such powers, all of which are relevant to the proposals made by our own Law Commission.

Human periosteum‐derived cell spheroids bioprinted at high density within a hyaluronic acid matrix promote fusion and hypertrophic cartilage formation in vitro.
