Antifouling All‐Polymeric Microneedle Array for Long‐Term Wearable ECG Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A biocompatible, all‐polymeric MNEs designed for long‐term ECG monitoring is developed. Coated with PEDOT:Tos and zwitterionic SBMA, the MNEs offer ultra‐low impedance and antifouling properties. After 14 days of continuous use, the MNEs accurately detected PQRST complexes, highlighting its potential for long‐term, real‐time ECG monitoring in everyday ...

Multimaterial 3D Printing of Soft and Stretchable Electronics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multimaterial resin for two‐photon polymerization integrates PEDOT:PSS and carbon nanotubes to enable direct 3D printing of conductive, insulating, and electroactive microstructures. The hybrid exhibits high conductivity, optical transparency, and stability under strain and pH variation, advancing scalable fabrication of flexible soft electronics and

OPTRACE: Optical Imaging–Guided Transplantation and Tracking of Cells in the Mouse Brain

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
OPTRACE establishes an optical, two‐step platform for intracerebral cell therapy. Transparent glass pipettes enable real‐time, image‐guided delivery, while multiplex genetic labeling with two‐photon and bioluminescence readouts supports longitudinal single‐cell tracking and host–graft dynamics.

Biomechanical Phenotyping Reveals Unique Mechanobiological Signatures of Early‐Onset Colorectal Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies a unique physical signature of colorectal cancer in younger adults: their tissues are mechanically stiffer than those in older patients with the same cancer. Furthermore, stromal remodeling in early‐onset colorectal cancer promotes epithelial mechanotransduction and proliferation, showing how mechanical alterations in the tissue ...

Advanced Human Immune Cell‐Organoid Co‐Cultures for Functional Testing of Cancer Nanovaccines

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma remains difficult to treat. We establish an organoid–immune co‐culture using patient‐derived organoids and matched T‐cells to assess cancer vaccines. A mesothelin‐targeted nanovaccine activates antigen‐specific T‐cells, increases IFN‐γ, and targets MSLN+ organoids.

AI‐Driven Acceleration of Fluorescence Probe Discovery

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We present PROBY, an AI model trained on large‐scale datasets to predict key photophysical properties and accelerate the discovery of target‐specific fluorescent probes. By screening a target‐annotated library, PROBY identifies candidate probes for diverse targets and could guide probe optimization, enabling a range of in vitro and in vivo imaging ...

Ion‐Electron Fusion Transparent Film for Interactive Soft Robotics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An ion‐electron fusion transparent film with stable conductivity, high optical transmittance, and a broad linear strain‐sensing range of up to 300% is developed, attributed to the synergistic effects of ion penetration and microcrack design. When applied to soft robots, this film imparts proprioceptive sensing and underwater visible light communication

Precision‐Engineered Silver Single‐Atom Carbon Dot Nanozymes for Theranostic Management of Acute Kidney Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Mitochondria‐targeted silver single‐atom carbon dot (T‐AgSA‐CDs) nanozymes enable dual SOD/GPx‐like ROS scavenging, real‐time imaging, and therapeutic effects for acute kidney injury (AKI). Atomically dispersed Ag sites synergize with carbon dots to restore renal redox hemostasis, protect mitochondrial function, mitigate inflammation, facilitate post ...
