PARP inhibitors induce a senescence phenotype in non‐small cell lung carcinoma cell lines
Talazoparib is the most potent inducer of senescence among different PARP1 inhibitors in human NSCLC cells. In the absence of PARP, no senescence phenotype was observed, demonstrating that PARP1 is necessary for the induction of senescence by this inhibitor.

Amino acids sequence of two different proteins with the same sequence (chameleon sequence—black boxes) represent in 3D structure of the proteins different secondary structures: HHHH—helical and BBB—Beta‐structural. The chains folded in water environment adopt different III‐order structures in which the chameleon fragments appear to adopt similar status

Wave Dispersion and Propagation in Linear Peridynamic Media
We detail the linear peridynamic wave equation with a nonlocal integral form based on the linear peridynamic and dynamic theory. Wave dispersion in an infinite maraging steel material is obtained by analyzing the linear peridynamic wave equation.

On nonlinear dispersive equations
The author considers the Rosenau equation \[ u_t+u_{xxxxt}+\Phi (u)_x=0 \text{ for } x\in \mathbb{R},\;t>0, \qquad u(x,0)=f(x) \text{ for } x\in \mathbb{R}, \tag{1} \] and, more generally, \[ u_t+u_{xxxxt}+\epsilon u_{xxxx} +\Phi (u)_x=0 \text{ for } x\in \mathbb{R},\;t>0, \qquad u(x,0)=f(x) \text{ for } x\in \mathbb{R}.\tag{2} \] The existence and a ...

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

A simple and accurate model for Love wave based sensors: Dispersion equation and mass sensitivity
Dispersion equation is an important tool for analyzing propagation properties of acoustic waves in layered structures. For Love wave (LW) sensors, the dispersion equation with an isotropic-considered substrate is too rough to get accurate solutions; the ...

Bisphenol A (BPA), a common chemical in plastics, exerts dual effects on bladder cancer cells: low doses promote growth and migration, while high doses suppress growth and migration. Multi‐omics and bioinformatics reveal BPA acts via MAPK and inflammatory pathways.

Cytosolically synthesized chloroplast preproteins are translocated across the outer and inner envelope membranes through translocons called TOC and TIC, respectively. In green algae and plants, the TIC core is composed of essential membrane proteins, Tic12, Tic20, and Tic214.

Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.
