, 2011 A selection method of subset size in sub-pixel displacement registration is proposed. The algorithm principle of interpolation, fitting of distribution of the correlation coefficients and gradient-based methods are introduced.

Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.
