A Low Power and IR Drop Compensable AMOLED Pixel Circuit Based on Low-Temperature Poly-Si and Oxide (LTPO) TFTs Hybrid Technology

open access: yesIEEE Journal of the Electron Devices Society, 2022
In this paper, an AMOLED pixel circuit based on low-temperature poly-crystalline silicon and oxide (LTPO) thin-film transistors (TFTs) hybrid technology is proposed, which features only two transistors in a serial connection with OLED.

An Active-Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode Display With Consistent Low-Luminance Levels Regardless of Temperature

open access: yesIEEE Access
This paper proposes a new method that adjusts anode-initialization voltage of light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) depending on temperature to mitigate temperature-sensitive low-luminance inconsistency.

Integrated Active-Matrix Capacitive Sensor Using a-IGZO TFTs for AMOLED

open access: yesIEEE Journal of the Electron Devices Society, 2018
We report a capacitive touch sensor using a-IGZO TFTs as active components to improve touch sensitivity and output robustness. The output potential difference between touched/untouched states is 1.7 V without readout buffer.

Utility of Computed Tomography Surveillance of Asymptomatic Infection in Children and Young Adults Before Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Asymptomatic infection poses a significant risk for children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Pre‐transplant surveillance computed tomography (CT) is commonly used to identify occult infection, though its diagnostic yield remains uncertain.

Multi-point sensing organic light-emitting diode display based mobile cardiovascular monitor

open access: yesNature Communications
Cardiovascular diseases are the major cause of death globally and require ubiquitous monitoring due to their asymptomatic yet modifiable nature. Photoplethysmography is an effective optical sensing technique for non-invasive health monitoring.

Unheard and Under‐Supported: Health‐Related Quality of Life in Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults With Sickle Cell Disease

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Sickle cell disease (SCD) is an autosomal recessive hemoglobinopathy affecting millions of individuals worldwide. The clinical expression and psychosocial burden of SCD vary widely across geographical, cultural, and healthcare system contexts, underscoring the need for setting‐specific approaches to assessment.

Effects of Cancer Treatment on Somatosensory and Nociceptive Processing in Children and Adolescents: A Systematic Review

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Chemotherapy‐induced peripheral neuropathy remains a major complication in pediatric cancer, with disrupted somatosensory and nociceptive processing being a key aspect. This review synthesizes empirical studies on alterations in somatosensory and nociceptive processing in children and adolescents with cancer.

Floating body effect in indium–gallium–zinc–oxide (IGZO) thin-film transistor (TFT)

open access: yesScientific Reports
In this paper, the floating body effect (FBE) in indium-gallium-zinc-oxide (IGZO) thin-film transistor (TFT) and the mechanism of device failure caused by that are reported for the first time.
