A Rare Vascular Ring Malformation Formed by Right Aortic Arch With Mirror Image Branching Causing Dysphagia: Case Report

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 6, June 2026.
ABSTRACT A right‐sided aortic arch, a congenital anomaly of the aortic arch, was initially described by Fioratti and Aglietti in 1963. This condition, associated with formation of a vascular ring, can constrict mediastinal organs such as the trachea and esophagus.

Endovascular Management of a Giant Supraclinoid Internal Carotid Artery Dissecting Pseudoaneurysm Using Flow Diversion and Coiling: A Case Report and Review of Literature

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 6, June 2026.
ABSTRACT We present a case of a giant left supraclinoid ICA dissecting pseudoaneurysm managed successfully with flow diversion and adjunctive coiling, highlighting radiological findings and clinical outcome. Endovascular intervention provides a minimally invasive and durable solution with good clinical and radiological outcomes.

LncRNA MIR503HG serves as a diagnostic biomarker in patients with sepsis and regulates sepsis‐induced inflammation and cardiac dysfunction

open access: yesJournal of Cell Communication and Signaling, Volume 20, Issue 2, June 2026.
MIR503HG was downregulated in sepsis and sepsis‐induced cardiac dysfunction (SICD) and served as a diagnostic biomarker. Overexpression of MIR503HG attenuated myocardial injury and systemic inflammation in a septic rat model. Mechanistically, MIR503HG acted as a ceRNA by sponging miR‐497‐5p to upregulate BDNF, revealing a protective MIR503HG/miR‐497‐5p/

Early Outcomes of Real‐World Aortic Valve Replacement With RESILIA Tissue in the Chinese Population

open access: yesClinical Cardiology, Volume 49, Issue 6, June 2026.
In this real‐world study of 250 Chinese patients scheduled for elective aortic valve replacement, the INSPIRIS RESILIA aortic valve demonstrated favorable 1‐year safety, with a 98.0% rate of freedom from all‐cause mortality and no observed structural valve deterioration, alongside stable hemodynamic performance.

Combined microsurgical PICA-PICA bypass and endovascular parent artery occlusion for a ruptured dissecting vertebral artery aneurysm

open access: yes, 2015
Dissecting vertebral artery (VA) aneurysms are difficult to obliterate when the parent artery cannot be safely occluded. In this video, we demonstrate a combined microsurgical and endovascular treatment technique for a ruptured, dissecting VA aneurysm ...
