Investigation on the Stability and Efficiency of MAPbI3 and MASnI3 Thin Films for Solar Cells
physica status solidi (a), Volume 219, Issue 5, March 2022., 2022 Herein, the properties of MAPbI3 with respect to MASnI3 are compared and how the inorganic cation influences the film growth and stability is illustrated.
