This paper proposes the implementation of A3S information fusion algorithm to interpret Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) based on Doernenburg Ratio. A3S (Arwin-Adang-Aciek- Sembiring) is a method of information fusion derived from Bayesian Inference Method (BIM) to handle multi-hypothesis multi-indication problem for single observation time.

Fault severity determination in transformers using dissolved gas analysis(DGA)
2015 Annual IEEE India Conference (INDICON), 2015Severity is the intrinsic property of transformer faults. DGA of gaseous species evolving from power transformers due to electric and thermal stresses distinguishes between types of faults. No information about severity is provided by the DGA based techniques.
