The chemical composition and band alignment are systematically investigated at the TiO2/InP heterointerface. Thin TiO2 films are deposited by ALD on atomically ordered, P‐terminated p‐InP(100). By combining UPS, XPS, and ab initio molecular dynamics, the atomistic structure and electronic alignment are revealed.

On Some Distance Spectral Characteristics of Trees
Graham and Pollack in 1971 presented applications of eigenvalues of the distance matrix in addressing problems in data communication systems. Spectral graph theory employs tools from linear algebra to retrieve the properties of a graph from the spectrum ...

In graph theory, the degree diameter problem asks for the maximum number of vertices a graph with given maximum degree and diameter can have. The face-degree of a face in plane graph is the length of the shortest closed walk traversing the boundary of the face. A plane graph is ρ-face-degree regular if every face has face-degree ρ.

The study presents biodegradable and recyclable mixed‐matrix membranes (MMMs), hydrogels, and cryogels using luminescent nanoscale metal‐organic frameworks (nMOFs) and biopolymers. These bio‐nMOF‐MMMs combine europium‐based nMOFs as probes for the status of the materials with the biopolymers agar and gelatine and present alternatives to conventional ...

Merging in Antipodal Distance-Regular Graphs
Merging (also called fusion) is studied in antipodal distance-regular graphs. It is determined when merging the first and the last classes in an antipodal distance-regular graph produces a distance-regular graph. Conversely, given a distance-regular graph with the same intersection array as the merged graph and a certain clique partition, an antipodal ...

A combinatorial library of dual‐functional antiviral oligomers incorporating N‐halamine and quaternary ammonium functionalities is developed for long‐lasting antiviral activity. The lead materials exhibit rapid and durable antiviral activity against SARS‐CoV‐2 variants and influenza H1N1, with 4 to 5 log reduction in viral copies at 5 mg mL−1 ...

Distance antimagic labeling of circulant graphs
A distance antimagic labeling of graph $ G = (V, E) $ of order $ n $ is a bijection $ f:V(G)\rightarrow \{1, 2, \ldots, n\} $ with the property that any two distinct vertices $ x $ and $ y $ satisfy $ \omega(x)\ne\omega(y) $, where $ \omega(x) $ denotes ...

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

Double Helical Plasmonic Antennas
Plasmonic double helical antennas funnel circularly polarized light to the nanoscale, offering strong chiroptical interaction and directional light emission. Extending a single helix design tool, this study combines numerical modeling with experimental validation, revealing large, broadband dissymmetry factors in the visible range.

This study introduces a novel multi‐scale scaffold design using L‐fractals arranged in Archimedean tessellations for tissue regeneration. Despite similar porosity, tiles display vastly different tensile responses (1–100 MPa) and deformation modes. In vitro experiments with hMSCs show geometry‐dependent growth and activity. Over 55 000 tile combinations
