AbstractThis paper shows that no algorithm exists so far with an optimal behaviour to all non‐ideal input signals. Furthermore, it is not possible to combine an algorithm solving differential equations and a filtering algorithm to achieve an error insensitive behaviour. However, the combination of different algorithms results in an improved behaviour.
