Transducers convert physical signals into electrical and optical representations, yet each mechanism is bounded by intrinsic trade‐offs across bandwidth, sensitivity, speed, and energy. This review maps transduction mechanisms across physical scale and frequency, showing how heterogeneous integration and multiphysics co‐design transform isolated ...

The CMB Luminosity Distance and Cosmological Redshifts
We will outline the relationship between luminosity distance and cosmological redshifts, demonstrating that it is consistent with a new cosmological model recently proposed by Haug and Tatum [1], which appears to resolve the Hubble tension within the Rh = ct cosmology.

Responsive Visible‐Wavelength Metasurfaces from Porous Silicon Based on Fano Guided‐Mode Resonance
The article introduces mesoporous silicon metasurfaces (pSi‐MS) supporting Fano guided‐mode resonances in the visible regime. By combining top‐down lithographic patterning of 2D gratings with bottom‐up electrochemical porosification, the approach realizes a new class of responsive metasurfaces, enabling highly sensitive and portable platforms for small

Using the equatorial Galaxy and Mass Assembly (GAMA) dataset, we investigate how the low-redshift galaxy stellar mass function (GSMF) varies across different galaxy populations and as a function of halo mass.

Potential, velocity, and density fields from sparse and noisy redshift-distance samples - Method
A method for recovering the three-dimensional potential, velocity, and density fields from large-scale redshift-distance samples is described. Galaxies are taken as tracers of the velocity field, not of the mass. The density field and the initial conditions are calculated using an iterative procedure that applies the no-vorticity assumption at an ...

Amphiphilic chloroazobenzenes, bearing different amino acids as end groups alanine, phenylalanine, and valine, exhibit excellent photoisomerizations. Varying structures of three amino acid groups participate in supramolecular formations and therefore photoinduced morphological transformations via adjusting intermolecular interactions. These interaction

Liposomal nanoconfinement converts the hemicyanine photosensitizer RhM from Type‐II to Type‐I photodynamic therapy (PDT) while enhancing photothermal therapy (PTT). The RhM‐R837@Lip nanoassembly efficiently generates superoxide (O2•−) and hydroxyl radicals (•OH) to kill tumor cells and achieve tumor ablation.

An integrated approach that combines a DNA nanoflower VEGF degrader with photodynamic therapy is developed for the treatment of wet age‐related macular degeneration, which reduces the risk of VEGF reactivation‐induced CNV recurrence and minimizes the systemic side effects associated with photodynamic therapy.

A Test of Amati Relation Using HII Galaxy Distances
We use model-independent luminosity distances of 186 HII galaxy observations to address the circularity problem in the Amati relation for Gamma-ray Bursts (GRBs).
