Robust stabilisation of distributed‐order systems

Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, 2022
This paper presents the design of a novel methodology for robust stabilisation of distributed‐order systems, which are subject to both matched and mismatched disturbances. Matched disturbances are coped through a nonlinear controller, while mismatched disturbances are rejected by a pseudo‐state feedback, whose gain is adjusted by solving alinear matrix

FRACTIONAL RELAXATION OF DISTRIBUTED ORDER

Complexus Mundi, 2006
The first-order differential equation of exponential relaxation can be generalized by replacing the time-derivative by a fractional derivative of Caputo type, more generally by an integral over such fractional derivatives, the order of differentiation being the variable of integration.
