Distributed-order calculus: An operator-theoretic interpretation [PDF]
Within the functional calculi of Bochner-Phillips and Hirsch, we describe the operators of distributed order differentiation and integration as functions of the classical differentiation and integration operators respectively.

NUMERICAL SOLUTION OF DISTRIBUTED ORDER INTEGRO-DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS
In this paper, a numerical algorithm is presented to obtain approximate solution of distributed order integro-differential equations. The approximate solution is expressed in the form of a polynomial with unknown coefficients and in place of differential and integral operators, we make use of matrices that we deduce from the shifted Legendre ...

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Generators of Analytic Resolving Families for Distributed Order Equations and Perturbations
Linear differential equations of a distributed order with an unbounded operator in a Banach space are studied in this paper. A theorem on the generation of analytic resolving families of operators for such equations is proved.

Distribution Order of Prime and Composite Numbers
Abstract This paper presents a simple analytical method for identifying prime numbers and determining composite numbers. It has been shown that the primes are ordered and all are placed on 96 half-lines. One linear equation and 8 numbers are enough for all calculations.

Molecular bases of circadian magnesium rhythms across eukaryotes
Circadian rhythms in intracellular [Mg2+] exist across eukaryotic kingdoms. Central roles for Mg2+ in metabolism suggest that Mg2+ rhythms could regulate daily cellular energy and metabolism. In this Perspective paper, we propose that ancestral prokaryotic transport proteins could be responsible for mediating Mg2+ rhythms and posit a feedback model ...

Distributed Optimization for Second-Order Multi-Agent Systems over Directed Networks
This paper studies a generalized distributed optimization problem for second-order multi-agent systems (MASs) over directed networks. Firstly, an improved distributed continuous-time algorithm is proposed.

Disordered but rhythmic—the role of intrinsic protein disorder in eukaryotic circadian timing
Unstructured domains known as intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs) are present in nearly every part of the eukaryotic core circadian oscillator. IDRs enable many diverse inter‐ and intramolecular interactions that support clock function. IDR conformations are highly tunable by post‐translational modifications and environmental conditions, which ...
