Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

A numerical method for distributed-order time fractional 2D Sobolev equation
In this work, the distributed-order time fractional 2D Sobolev equation is introduced. The orthonormal Bernoulli polynomials, as a renowned family of basis functions, are employed to solve this problem.

Forced oscillations of a body attached to a viscoelastic rod of fractional derivative type
We study forced oscillations of a rod with a body attached to its free end so that the motion of a system is described by two sets of equations, one of integer and the other of the fractional order.

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Application of fractional derivatives in a Darcy medium natural convection flow of MHD nanofluid
Nanofluid thermophysical characteristics are critical for predicting heat transfer behavior. This attempt provides a computational assessment of boundary layer flow and heat transfer behavior of fractional Maxwell viscoelastic nanofluid and their hybrids

Fractional Liouville Equation on Lattice Phase-Space
In this paper we propose a lattice analog of phase-space fractional Liouville equation. The Liouville equation for phase-space lattice with long-range jumps of power-law types is suggested.

Structural and biochemical characterisations show that the planar cell polarity (PCP) protein Inturned harbours a unique PDZ‐like domain that does not bind canonical PDZ‐binding motifs (PBMs) like that of another PCP protein Vangl2. In contrast, the apical‐basal polarity protein Scribble contains four PDZ domains that bind Vangl2, but one PDZ domain ...

Fractional derivative models (FDMs) result from introduction of fractional derivatives (FDs) into the governing equations of the differential operator type of linear solid materials. FDMs are more general than those of integer derivative models (IDMs) so
