The temperature dependence of the lasing wavelength was stabilised in wavelength-tunable 1.5 μm GaInAsP/InP bundle-integrated-guide distributed-Bragg-reflector (BIG-DBR)-type dynamic-single-mode (DSM) lasers. The lasing wavelength was controlled to maintain a fixed wavelength over a temperature range of 40 deg C.
