Windows .NET Network Distributed Basic Local Alignment Search Toolkit (W.ND-BLAST)
Background BLAST is one of the most common and useful tools for Genetic Research. This paper describes a software application we have termed Windows .NET Distributed Basic Local Alignment Search Toolkit (W.ND-BLAST), which enhances the BLAST utility by ...

Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

DISTRIBUTED HAMILTONIAN PATH SEARCH ALGORITHM
Many practical problems of transportation can be transformed to the problem of finding Hamiltonian path or circle. It was proven, that this problem is NP-complete and thus can be very time-consuming for practical problem size. In this paper we present a

A repertoire for additive functionals of uniformly distributed m-ary search trees [PDF]
Using recent results on singularity analysis for Hadamard products of generating functions, we obtain the limiting distributions for additive functionals on $m$-ary search trees on $n$ keys with toll sequence $(i) n^α$ with $α ≥ 0 (α =0$ and $α =1 ...

CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

Multi-Target Coordinated Search Algorithm for Swarm Robotics Considering Practical Constraints
In order to deal with the multi-target search problems for swarm robots in unknown complex environments, a multi-target coordinated search algorithm for swarm robots considering practical constraints is proposed in this paper.

Investigating transcription factor dynamics in health and disease using FRAP
FRAP analysis of GFP‐tagged transcription factors reveals how molecular mobility and target engagement change in response to drug treatment. By combining live‐cell imaging, quantitative model fitting, and statistical analysis, this approach uncovers transcription factor dynamics linked to disease mechanisms, providing a powerful framework for ...

COLREGs-Compliant Distributed Stochastic Search Algorithm for Multi-Ship Collision Avoidance
The increasing complexity of maritime traffic imposes growing demands on the safety and rationality of ship-collision-avoidance decisions. While most existing research focuses on simple encounter scenarios, autonomous collision-avoidance strategies that ...

SPRING SEARCH ALGORITHM FOR SIMULTANEOUS PLACEMENT OF DISTRIBUTED GENERATION AND CAPACITORS
Purpose. In this paper, for simultaneous placement of distributed generation (DG) and capacitors, a new approach based on Spring Search Algorithm (SSA), is presented. This method is contained two stages using two sensitive index Sv and Ss.

An epithelial GPR35 isoform supports tumor‐associated transcriptional and metabolic phenotypes
GPR35 generates two functionally distinct isoforms with previously unresolved roles. GPR35‐short mediates immune‐cell chemotaxis, while GPR35‐long is enriched in colorectal cancer epithelium, where it supports increased metabolism, proliferation, and tumor‐associated transcriptional programs.
