Influence of Calendar Aging on Cell‐To‐Cell Variation of 18650 NCA Cells With Blended Si‐ and SiOx‐Based/Graphite Electrodes

Two cell types (n = 30 cells each) were subjected to calendar aging for up to 323 days at 35 °C and 100% SoC. Noninvasive diagnostic methods and electrode balancing were applied to identify degradation modes, including loss of lithium inventory and loss of active material.
