Fourier Transforms of Distribution Functions
Canadian Journal of Mathematics, 1953A distribution function ø(x) is assumed to have the following properties(1) ø(x) is non ...

Transformation of Trichromatic Distribution Curves
Nature, 1947The purpose of this communication is to bring to attention a point which does not seem to be generally realized although it is quite simple to prove. If one of a set of three colour-matching stimuli is altered, the distribution curve for that stimulus is not changed, though one or both of the other two distribution curves is altered.

Magnetic Flux Distribution in Transformers
Transactions of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, 1922It is customary when discussing magnetic leakage in the transformer to consider the primary and secondary windings as having a counter e. m. f. induced by a flux surrounding the coil and having the core for a part of its path. This leakage flux is frequently represented by closed lines.

The Distributional Finite Fourier Transform
SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics, 1969The finite Fourier transform for periodic distributions is generalized in such a way that for every distribution f and every open interval $( - a,a)$ there exists a Fourier series which agrees with f on $( - a,a)$, and the inverse Fourier transform of any ultradistribution is the limit of a family of Fourier series as the period tends to infinity ...

Transformer harmonics and their distribution
Journal of the A.I.E.E., 1925This paper discusses briefly the distribution of harmonics in single-phase transformers and in three-phase banks of single-phase transformers. Two-winding transformers or three-winding transformers, where the harmonic current exists in two of the windings only, are considered.
