A Novel Hybrid Monte Carlo Algorithm for Sampling Path Space

open access: yesEntropy, 2021
To sample from complex, high-dimensional distributions, one may choose algorithms based on the Hybrid Monte Carlo (HMC) method. HMC-based algorithms generate nonlocal moves alleviating diffusive behavior. Here, I build on an already defined HMC framework,

Algebraic and differential properties of polynomial Fourier transformation

open access: yesМатематичні Студії, 2020
Methods of integral transformations of (generalized) functions are widely used in the solution of initial and boundary value problems for partial differential equations.

The spatial distribution in infinite dimensional spaces and related quantiles and depths

open access: yesThe Annals of Statistics, 2014
The spatial distribution has been widely used to develop various nonparametric procedures for finite dimensional multivariate data. In this paper, we investigate the concept of spatial distribution for data in infinite dimensional Banach spaces. Many technical difficulties are encountered in such spaces that are primarily due to the noncompactness of ...

Classical Gasses with Singular Densities

open access: yesMathematics
We investigate classical continuous systems characterized by singular velocity distributions, where the corresponding Radon measures are defined over the entire space with infinite mass.

Lévy laplacians and annihilation process

open access: yesУчёные записки Казанского университета: Серия Физико-математические науки, 2018
The Lévy Laplacians are infinite-dimensional Laplace operators defined as the Cesaro mean of the second-order directional derivatives. In the theory of Sobolev–Schwarz distributions over a Gaussian measure on an infinite-dimensional space (the Hida ...

Asymptotic Distributions of Estimators of Eigenvalues and Eigenfunctions in Functional Data [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Sciences, Islamic Republic of Iran, 2008
Functional data analysis is a relatively new and rapidly growing area of statistics. This is partly due to technological advancements which have made it possible to generate new types of data that are in the form of curves. Because the data are functions,

Infinite dimensional analog of the Weil representation in the space of distributions

open access: yes, 2015
We construct a new version of infinite Grassmannian and infinite dimensional analog of the Weil representation of the affine symplectic group in the space of distributions. We give definition of a mathematical solution of the quantum field theory Schrödinger equation in the constructed space, and give examples of solutions of this equation.
