Distributive and trimedial quasigroups of order 243
We enumerate three classes of non-medial quasigroups of order $243=3^5$ up to isomorphism. There are $17004$ non-medial trimedial quasigroups of order $243$ (extending the work of Kepka, B\'en\'eteau and Lacaze), $92$ non-medial distributive quasigroups ...

This study integrates transcriptomic profiling of matched tumor and healthy tissues from 32 colorectal cancer patients with functional validation in patient‐derived organoids, revealing dysregulated metabolic programs driven by overexpressed xCT (SLC7A11) and SLC3A2, identifying an oncogenic cystine/glutamate transporter signature linked to ...

Study of Jordan quasigroups and their construction
Jordan quasigroups are commutative quasigroups satisfying the identity $x^{2}(yx)=(x^{2}y)x$. In this paper we discuss the basic properties of Jordan quasigroups and prove that (i) every commutative idempotent quasigroup is Jordan quasigroup, (ii) if a ...

Diversified Top-k Pattern Mining on Large Graphs [PDF]
Frequent pattern mining(FPM) is one of the most important problems in graph mining. The FPM problem is defined as mining all the patterns, with frequency above a user-defined threshold in a large graph. In recent years, with the popularity of social networks

Zoning and the Distribution of Locational Rents: An Empirical Analysis of Harris County Texas [PDF]

Plasma‐based detection of actionable mutations is a promising approach in lung cancer management. Analysis of ctDNA with a multigene NGS panel identified TP53, KRAS, and EGFR as the most frequently altered, with TP53 and KRAS in treatment‐naïve patients and TP53 and EGFR in previously treated patients.

Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).

Inequality in developing economies: The role of institutional development [PDF]
In the present paper we study the distributive impact of institutional change in developing countries. In such economies, economic institutions, such as property rights systems, may act to preserve the interests of a rich minority, but this depends ...

Screening for lung cancer: A systematic review of overdiagnosis and its implications
Low‐dose computed tomography (CT) screening for lung cancer may increase overdiagnosis compared to no screening, though the risk is likely low versus chest X‐ray. Our review of 8 trials (84 660 participants) shows added costs. Further research with strict adherence to modern nodule management strategies may help determine the extent to which ...
