Child Care Labor Division: Expectations, Experiences, and Relationship With Life Goal Satisfaction
ABSTRACT Objective To examine how expectations and actual division of child care labor relate to life goal satisfaction among first‐time and multiparous birthing parents. Background The unequal division of child care labor between birthing parents and partners is well‐documented, yet its impact on life goal satisfaction remains unclear.

New Insights Into Lakota Syntax: The Encoding of Arguments and the Number of Verbal Affixes
ABSTRACT This paper examines the morphosyntax of transitive constructions in Lakota, with particular emphasis being placed on the encoding of arguments. The analysis of argument marking through verbal affixes in Lakota transitive constructions raises two main questions: the existence or non‐existence of the zero marker for the third person singular and

The Legacy of Colonial‐Era Urban Planning on Present Day Air Quality Disparities in Kampala, Uganda
Abstract British colonial urban planners in Kampala, Uganda, designed segregated neighborhoods for Europeans, Asians, and Africans, under the colonial public health guidance. No studies have investigated how these historical urban design decisions relate to modern air pollution exposure disparities in African cities.

COMPLETE PRIMITIVE DISTRIBUTIVELY GENERATED NEAR-RINGS
The Quarterly Journal of Mathematics, 1967This paper initiates the study of topological distributively generated (d.g.) near-rings, these being defined in a natural way. The author extends results of \textit{R. R. Laxton} [Mathematika 8, 142--158 (1961; Zbl 0118.02201)], and the paper concludes with the following theorem: A compact, totally disconnected primitive d.g. near-ring is finite.

Distributively generated gc near-rings
Communications in Algebra, 1989Let N be a finite GC near-ring. Those near-rings N such that N is distributilvely generated and (N,+) is solvable are shown to be a direct sum of fields and d.g. ” basic near-rings of size 2“. These basic near-rings of size 2 are characterized. A method for constructing d.g. GC near-rings is presented. This work gives rise to a class of d.g.

Distributively generated trivial near-rings
Acta Mathematica Hungarica, 1997Let \(G\) be an additively written group, \(S\) a subset of \(G\) containing \(0\) and \(T(G,S)\) the trivial near-ring on \(G\) with multiplication \(ab=0\) if \(a\in S\) and \(ab=b\) if \(a\notin S\) for \(a,b\in G\). \(T(G,S)\) is a distributively generated near-ring if and only if \(S\) is a subgroup of \(G\) of index \(2\).
