Dynamin-related protein Drp1 is required for mitochondrial division in mammalian cells.

open access: yesMolecular Biology of the Cell, 2001
Mutations in the human dynamin-related protein Drp1 cause mitochondria to form perinuclear clusters. We show here that these mitochondrial clusters consist of highly interconnected mitochondrial tubules.

Divisibility in elliptic divisibility sequences

open access: yes, 2004
Certain elliptic divisibility sequences are shown to contain only finitely many prime power terms. In certain circumstances, the methods show only finitely many terms have length below a given bound.

Clinical applications of next‐generation sequencing‐based ctDNA analyses in breast cancer: defining treatment targets and dynamic changes during disease progression

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a possibility for different applications in early and late stage breast cancer management. In early breast cancer tumor informed approaches are increasingly used for detecting molecular residual disease (MRD) and early recurrence. In advanced stage, ctDNA provides a possibility for monitoring disease progression and

Armata română în campania de limitare şi lichidare a expansionismului bolşevic din Estul şi Centrul Europei. Divizia 6 Infanterie Focşani în apărarea României Mari [PDF]

open access: yesPolis: Revista de Stiinte Politice, 2019
When in November 1918 the Great Powers ended the Great Imperial War, Romania continued its own national war, with all the sacrifices and human, material and territorial losses caused by the campaigns of 1916 and 1917, by the Peace Treaty of Bucharest ...

New examples of determinant divisibility sequences [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2015
In this paper we consider divisibility sequences obtained from square matrices. We work with of matrix divisibility sequences associated to a semigroup and arising from endomorphisms of an affine space. We prove that determinant divisibility sequences originated from powers of square matrices are generalized Lucas sequences.

A comparative study of circulating tumor cell isolation and enumeration technologies in lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Lung cancer cells were spiked into donor blood to evaluate the recovery rates of the following circulating tumor cell (CTC) enrichment technologies: CellMag™, EasySep™, RosetteSep™, Parsortix® PR1, and Parsortix® Prototype systems. Each method's advantages and disadvantages are described.

A Logic Object and its State

open access: yesActa Polytechnica, 2001
This paper shows not only that the state of an objecty parameterizes the dyad (stimulus, response) but that it is also the performer of the state transition initiated by the stimulus.

On Critical Points for Gaussian Vectors with Infinitely Divisible Squares [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2013
Investigates the size of the perturbation to the zero mean three dimensional Gaussian vector with infinitely divisible squares so that the infinite divisibility is retained.

Cell‐free and extracellular vesicle microRNAs with clinical utility for solid tumors

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cell‐free microRNAs (cfmiRs) are small‐RNA circulating molecules detectable in almost all body biofluids. Innovative technologies have improved the application of cfmiRs to oncology, with a focus on clinical needs for different solid tumors, but with emphasis on diagnosis, prognosis, cancer recurrence, as well as treatment monitoring.
