Gevheri is a minsterel who is supposed to lived in the 17th century. Gevheri has an exceptional statue among the Turkish minstrels. The influence of him on the following poet is quite large. There is no separate diwan of Gevheri. Sukru Elcin was created a diwan by gathering the poems of Gevheri which are in conks and manuscripts.
