基於教育一方面應符應社會結構，一方面卻要做為社會變遷的動因，引導社會。本文旨在探討知識經濟社會發展過程中教育的功能。具體目的有三：第一，了解目前知識經濟社會的樣貌；第二，建構知識經濟社會的理想形象；第三，探討教育在知識社會發展過程中教育應有的功能。藉由理論理述、文獻探討，編擬初步調查問卷，再利用德懷術對14位學者專家進行諮詢，先後進行三回合的書面往返討論、修訂，漸漸獲得較大的共識，差異性漸趨減少，最後獲得結論。客觀地了解知識經濟社會的現實面，亦建構出理想知識經濟社會特性計有8項 ...
