ZusammenfassungWir berichten über einen Fuchs-Endotheldystrophie-Patienten mit drei „Descemet Membrane Endothelial Keratoplasty“ (DMEK) bei rezidierendem Transplantatversagen mit Intraokulardruckerhöhung und cystoides Makulaödem. Bei der dritten DMEK wurde Herpes im Vorderkammeraspirat nachgewiesen und eine adäquate Therapie eingeleitet.
