RPS3‐Enriched Extracellular Vesicles Mediate Liver‐Spinal Cord Inter‐Organ Communication

Spinal cord injury activates the liver to send extracellular vesicles loaded with RPS3 protein to the lesion site. These vesicles are taken up by neural stem cells and astrocytes, triggering NF‐κB signaling, impairing the regeneration of neurons and myelin, and promotes harmful inflammation, ultimately hindering recovery.

All‐PEG‐Like Block Copolymers Self‐Assemble into Stealth Nanocarriers for Drug Delivery

Self‐assembling nanoparticles composed entirely of POEGMA are engineered by exploiting side‐chain–dependent amphiphilicity and tunable thermoresponsive behavior. These single‐material nanocarriers encapsulate diverse hydrophobic drugs with high efficiency, retain therapeutic activity, improve in vivo efficacy, and evade anti‐PEG antibodies.

A new multi‐step β‐SiC deposition strategy for anti‐oxidation Cf/C composites successfully achieves dual‐performance breakthrough of anti‐oxidation property (≈700 h at 1500 °C)and mechanical property (bending strength of 215 MPa and adhesion strength of 9.4 MPa).
