Ionic–Bionic Interfaces: Advancing Iontronic Strategies for Bioelectronic Sensing and Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Ionic–bionic interfaces for bioelectronics leverage ions as multifunctional mediators that combine mechanical compliance, ionic and electronic functionalities, and therapeutic effects. These systems offer real‐time biosignal transduction, effective wound dressing, responsive drug delivery, and seamless interaction between soft tissues and electronic ...

Targeting DAP5 Disrupts Alternate Mode of Translational Initiation in Tregs and Potentiates Antitumor Immunity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Regulatory T cells (Tregs) suppress antitumor immunity. This study identifies that the translation scaffold DAP5/eIF4G2 is upregulated in tumor‐infiltrating Tregs (ti‐Tregs). DAP5 mediates an alternate translation mode to sustain CD25 and MCL‐1 expression, which is critical for ti‐Treg stability and survival in the tumor microenvironment.

Dual Aptamers‐Based SETDB1 PROTACs as Effective Anti‐Tumor Strategies for Breast Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study establishes dual‐aptamer PROTACs targeting SETDB1 using a SETDB1‐specific aptamer conjugated to AS1411. The designed PROTACs penetrate cells, recruit MDM2 to degrade SETDB1, and inhibit cancer cell proliferation and migration. Remarkably, they also overcome tamoxifen resistance and enhance CD8+ T cell cytotoxicity, suppressing tumor growth ...

Systematic Engineering of Proteases in Saccharopolyspora Spinosa Reveals Synergistic Enhancement of Spinosad Biosynthesis via Substrate Flux Optimization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ARTP mutagenesis yielded Saccharopolyspora spinosa mutant D184 with improved extracellular nitrogen utilization. An integrated workflow of protease genetic manipulation, multi‐omics, and rational synergy design pinpointed a pepP‐clpP‐htpX synergistic triangular combination.

Review of blockchain-based DNS alternatives

open access: yes网络与信息安全学报, 2017
DNS Protocol was originally designed with no security protection in place. Subsequent DNSSEC added a layer of trust on top of DNS by providing authentication, but it still did not address issues such as DoS/DDoS attacks and deployment difficulties ...

Anatomic Diagram as a Novel Assessment Strategy for Subclinical Local Residual Disease in Sinonasal Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Intestinal‐type Adenocarcinoma

open access: yesInternational Forum of Allergy &Rhinology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective In the last two decades, transnasal endoscopic surgery (TES) has become pivotal in the management of sinonasal tumors. This approach involves a multiblock tumor resection, adding complexity to the interpretation of surgical margins after pathological examination.

Autosomal Recessive Non-Syndromic Deafness: Is AAV Gene Therapy a Real Chance?

open access: yesAudiology Research
The etiology of sensorineural hearing loss is heavily influenced by genetic mutations, with approximately 80% of cases attributed to genetic causes and only 20% to environmental factors.

Research on cross-domain trustable blockchain based decentralized DNS architecture

open access: yes网络与信息安全学报, 2020
The domain name system (DNS) is an important internet infrastructure. However, current DNS utilizes centralized hierarchical structure with severe dependence on root server, which causes defects such as the risk of single-point failure and the abuse of ...

DNS zones revisited [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
Recent research [Pap04b] suggests DNS reliability and performance is not up to the levels it should be due to misconfigurations. This paper checks the configuration of nameserver zones against additional requirements, recommendations and best-practices ...
