ALDOA Promotes Glycolysis and NLRP3/GSDMD Pyroptosis to Accelerate ALS Progression

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is characterized by progressive motor neuron degeneration. Glycolytic dysregulation is implicated in disease progression, yet the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This study investigates how Aldolase A (ALDOA) drives ALS progression through glycolysis‐mediated motor neuron pyroptosis.

To Docker or Not to Docker: A Security Perspective

IEEE Cloud Computing, 2016
The need for ever-shorter development cycles, continuous delivery, and cost savings in cloud-based infrastructures led to the rise of containers, which are more flexible than virtual machines and provide near-native performance. Among all container solutions, Docker, a complete packaging and software delivery tool, currently leads the market.

Dockers at the crossroads

Cellular Signalling, 2002
The family of docker proteins containing phosphotyrosine-binding (PTB) domains appears to represent a family of critically positioned and exquisitely controlled signalling proteins that relay signals from the activated receptors to downstream pathways.

Docker

When the ship docks on this island, everything goes in disarray. Students abscond school, and all economic roads lead to the dock. The beach becomes active. This is time for Jamal to get the much-needed financial boost to take care of his sister, Maria, with whom they are orphans. This is at the expense of his girlfriend, Jasmine, who decides enough is

Enabling Docker for HPC

Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience, 2018
SummaryDocker is quickly becoming the de facto standard for containerization. Besides running on all the major Linux distributions, Docker is supported by each of the major cloud platform providers. The Docker ecosystem provides the capabilities necessary to build, manage, and execute containers on any platform.

The Docker Engine

2017
If I have not emphasized this enough, the magic happens because we can count on the Docker engine to work the same way no matter our underlying hardware (or virtual hardware) and operating system. We build it using the Docker engine, we test it using the Docker engine, and we deploy it using the Docker engine.
