Demystifying Domain Specific Languages
Domain Specific Languages (DSLs) provide interesting characteristics that align well with the goals and mission of model-driven software engineering. However, there are still some issues that hamper widespread adoption. In this chapter, the authors discuss two of these issues.

ABSTRACT Objective Cognitive decline is a disabling and variable feature of Parkinson disease (PD). While cholinergic system degeneration is linked to cognitive impairments in PD, most prior research reported cross‐sectional associations. We aimed to fill this gap by investigating whether baseline regional cerebral vesicular acetylcholine transporter ...

Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathy due to Biallelic Pathogenic Variants in PIGM
ABSTRACT Objective PIGM encodes a critical enzyme in the glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)‐anchor biosynthesis pathway. While promoter‐region mutations in PIGM have been associated with a relatively mild phenotype characterized by portal vein thrombosis and absence seizures, recent evidence suggests that coding‐region mutations result in a more severe

Process Query Language: A Domain-Specific Language for Querying Event Logs of Business Processes
Process Mining analyzes event logs from business processes to enhance understanding, verification, and improvement of these processes. Event logs typically originate from multiple sources and require extensive preprocessing before applying process mining

PreparedLLM: effective pre-pretraining framework for domain-specific large language models
The direct application of large language models (LLMs) to specific domain tasks frequently encounters challenges due to the scarcity of domain data, variations in domain semantics, and the complexity of domain knowledge.

FDG‐PET Associations With Disease Severity and Outcomes in NMDA‐Receptor IgG Autoimmune Encephalitis
ABSTRACT Background Patients with N‐methyl‐D‐aspartate (NMDA) receptor‐immunoglobulin G (IgG) autoimmune encephalitis (NMDAR‐IgG AE) demonstrate occipital lobe hypometabolism on baseline brain fluorodeoxyglucose‐positron emission tomography (bFDG‐PET).

Posterior Cortical Atrophy in the Asia‐Pacific: A Report From the PCA Asian Workgroup
ABSTRACT Objective Posterior Cortical Atrophy (PCA) is a distinct dementia syndrome primarily affecting spatial abilities and visual processing. It is associated with degeneration in the posterior part of the brain. PCA is subclassified into PCA‐pure and PCA‐plus syndromes based on consensus criteria.
