q‐Rung Orthopair Fuzzy Z‐Number Interaction Fusion: Theory and Development

In this paper, an innovative approach to improving air quality monitoring system (AQMS) in smart cities is presented by using q‐rung orthopair fuzzy Z‐numbers in an extended multicriteria decision‐making (MCDM) framework. This study outlines a decision analysis model for interaction between the MDs and NMDs with respect to q‐ROFZNs.
