Weighted dominating sets and induced matchings in orthogonal ray graphs

2014 International Conference on Control, Decision and Information Technologies (CoDIT), 2014
An orthogonal ray graph is a graph such that for each vertex, there exists an axis-parallel rays (closed halflines) in the plane, and two vertices are adjacent if and only if the corresponding rays intersect. A 2-directional orthogonal ray graph is an orthogonal ray graph such that the corresponding ray of each vertex is a rightward ray or a downward ...

O(n) Time Algorithms for Dominating Induced Matching Problems

2014
We describe O(n) time algorithms for finding the minimum weighted dominating induced matching of chordal, dually chordal, biconvex, and claw-free graphs. For the first three classes, we prove tight O(n) bounds on the maximum number of edges that a graph having a dominating induced matching may contain.

Double-Unit Umbilical Cord Blood Transplantation Induces MHC-Matched Single-Unit Dominance with Development of Immunocompetent Lymphocytes in Recipient Mice

Blood, 2012
Abstract Abstract 4097 Background: Double-unit umbilical cord blood cell (dUCBC) transplantation has emerged as an effective strategy for improving the engraftment of umbilical cord blood stem cells in the bone marrow of recipients.

Status of Injury Induced Hand Dominance Transfer in Patients with Global Brachial Plexopathy - A Comparison with Age Matched Normal

International Journal of Health Sciences and Research
Background: Traumatic brachial plexus injury is a catastropic injury leading to functional impairment of upper limb. Injury to the dominant side is more devastating because the skills endowed to the dominant hand must be transferred to the non-dominant hand which is known as injury induced hand dominance transfer (I-IHDT).
