Doppler Ultrasound in Mice

Echocardiography, 2007
Color, power, spectral, and tissue Doppler have been applied to mice. Due to the noninvasive nature of the technique, serial intraindividual Doppler measurements of cardiovascular function are feasible in wild‐type and genetically altered mice before and after microsurgical procedures or to follow age‐related changes.

Intrapartum Doppler ultrasound

Minerva Ginecologica, 2020
Intrapartum hypoxic events most commonly occur in low-risk pregnancies with appropriately grown fetuses. Continuous intrapartum monitoring by means of cardiotocography has not demonstrated a reduction in the frequency of adverse perinatal outcome but has been linked with an increase in the caesarean section rate, particularly among women considered at ...

Doppler ultrasound in the neonate

Ultrasound in Medicine & Biology, 1986
The use of Doppler ultrasound to assess both the changing haemodynamics of the neonatal circulation and the perfusion of the brain is reviewed. The brain is particularly susceptible to both ischaemic and haemorrhagic injury in preterm and asphyxiated infants.

[Doppler ultrasound study of breast tumors using color Doppler ultrasound, duplex ultrasound and the CW Doppler ultrasound].

Zentralblatt fur Gynakologie, 1992
The preoperative examinations by doppler-sonography of 83 patients with tumors of the breast are presented. The examinations are done with newest technique: duplex-sonography in slow-flow-technique (AI 3200, Dornier); colour-sonography in MEM-technique (AI 5200, Dornier) and synchronical colour-doppler++ (Quantum 2000, Siemens) and CW-doppler ...

Doppler ultrasound of the kidney

Seminars in Ultrasound, CT and MRI, 1997
Conventional ultrasound of the kidney is used commonly to depict structural abnormalities. It is limited, however, by a lack of functional and vascular information. Doppler sonography can reduce this limitation of standard sonography quickly and noninvasively.
