This paper describes the nonlinear finite element analysis model of double circular helical bevel gear nutation drive, the model considering the changes of elastic contact deformation, friction force and the number of meshing tooth of gear, reflecting the actual driving situation of the gear in nutation transmission and dynamic loading.
