Electro‐Steric Ion Confinement in Polyelectrolyte Networks for Robust Nonvolatile Artificial Synapse

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Polyelectrolyte stoichiometry governs ion transport and retention in electrolyte‐gated synaptic transistors. A PSS‐rich network creates electro‐steric ion confinement that suppresses ion back‐diffusion and stabilizes channel doping, enabling robust nonvolatile synaptic memory, linear weight updates, and low‐energy operation.

Numerical solution of integro differential equations based on double exponential transformation in the sinc-collocation method

open access: yes, 2012
In this paper, we consider double exponential transformations to solve integro differential equations by Sinc collocation method. Numerical examples illustrate the validity and applicability of the method.

A comparison of the error function and the tanh transformation as progressive rules for double and triple singular integrals

open access: yes, 1990
Transformations of the form x = tanh(g(t)) for g(t) = n and for g(t) = c sinh(t), as well as transformations of the error function type are employed on double and triple singular integrals.

Gaussian Filtering Using a Spherical-Radial Double Exponential Cubature

open access: yesIEEE Open Journal of Signal Processing
Gaussian filters use quadrature rules or cubature rules to recursively solve Gaussian-weighted integrals. Classical and contemporary methods use stable rules with a minimal number of cubature points to achieve the highest accuracy. Gaussian quadrature is

Solution‐Processed Thin‐Film Transistors With Tunable Temporal Dynamics for Neuromorphic Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Solution‐processed CNT and CNT/P3HT ion‐gated transistors exhibit materials‐defined synaptic timescales: fast CNT devices for high‐frequency spiking and slow hybrid devices for temporal integration. Embedding these dynamics into coupled reservoir‐computing and spiking neural network simulations reveals that a Hybrid‐Reservoir / CNT‐SNN architecture ...

Genetic transformation of Xanthomonas campestris to streptomicin and erythomycin resistence

open access: yes, 1968
O artigo apresenta resumo em inglês.Evidence of transformation in Xanthomonas campestris was found established due to the fact DNA from streptomycin and erythromycin strains was able to transfer two genetic markers to sensitive a recipient strain.

Phase Evolution Kinetics in Additive‐Free 19.75% Organic Photovoltaics Empowered by Solvent Vapor Annealing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Solvent vapor annealing enables kinetic control of additive‐free morphology in organic solar cells. Selective plasticization of acceptor forms an optimal fibrillar network, boosting efficiency to 19.06% (binary) and 19.75% (ternary), with ultrafast exciton dissociation and reduced recombination.

Asymptotic bit cost of quadrature formulas obtained by variable transformation

open access: yes, 1997
In this paper, the asymptotic bit operation cost of a family of quadrature formulas, especially suitable for evaluation of improper integrals, is studied.
