Hypoparathyroidism and Avascular Necrosis of the Hip Joint: A Case Report
ABSTRACT A 30‐year‐old man presented with left hip pain and was diagnosed with femoral head avascular necrosis associated with idiopathic hypoparathyroidism, hypocalcemia, and vitamin D deficiency. Treatment with calcium, calcitriol, analgesia, and physiotherapy improved symptoms. This case suggests hypoparathyroidism may play a role in the development

1. TSP is associated with survival outcomes in gastric cancer. 2. TSP independently predicts prognosis in proximal gastric cancer. 3. Location‐specific nomograms enable individualized survival prediction for PGC and DGC. Abstract Background Gastric cancers (GCs) arising in the proximal and distal stomach are increasingly recognized as biologically and ...

Interferon‐induced transmembrane (IFITM) function in cancer is set by four contextual coordinates, not by family membership. Acute interferon input drives major histocompatibility complex class I (MHC‐I)‐linked immunogenicity; chronic input drives programmed death‐ligand 1 (PD‐L1)‐coupled resistance.
