Indexed PCR Primers Induce Template-Specific Bias in Large-Scale DNA Sequencing Studies. [PDF]
Massively parallel sequencing is rapidly emerging as an efficient way to quantify biodiversity at all levels, from genetic variation and expression to ecological community assemblage.

SOME STATISTICAL CONVERGENCE TYPES OF ORDER $\alpha$ FOR DOUBLE SET SEQUENCES [PDF]
In this study, we have introduced the concepts of Wijsman statistical convergence of order $\alpha$, Hausdorff statistical convergence of order $\alpha$ and Wijsman strongly $p$-Ces\`{a}ro summability of order $\alpha$ for double set sequences. Also, we have investigated some properties of these concepts and examined the relationships among them.

Lacunary invariant statistical convergence of double sequences of sets [PDF]
In this paper, we introduce the concepts of Wijsman invariant convergence, Wijsman invariant statistical convergence, Wijsman lacunary invariant convergence, Wijsman lacunary invariant statistical convergence for double sequences of sets. Also, we investigate existence of some relations among these new convergence concepts for double sequences of sets.

In this paper the author constructs several properties for double series and its convergence. The notions of convergence of double sequence have already been introduced in our previous paper [18].

A double projection algorithm for quasimonotone variational inequalities in Banach spaces
We propose a double projection algorithm for solving variational inequality problems in Banach spaces. We establish the strong convergence of the whole sequence generated by the proposed method under the quasimonotone and uniform continuity on bounded ...

On a Tree and a Path with no Geometric Simultaneous Embedding [PDF]
Two graphs $G_1=(V,E_1)$ and $G_2=(V,E_2)$ admit a geometric simultaneous embedding if there exists a set of points P and a bijection M: P -> V that induce planar straight-line embeddings both for $G_1$ and for $G_2$.

Antimatroids and Balanced Pairs [PDF]
We generalize the 1/3-2/3 conjecture from partially ordered sets to antimatroids: we conjecture that any antimatroid has a pair of elements x,y such that x has probability between 1/3 and 2/3 of appearing earlier than y in a uniformly random basic word ...

Premise The ability to sequence genome‐scale data from herbarium specimens would allow for the economical development of data sets with broad taxonomic and geographic sampling that would otherwise not be possible. Here, we evaluate the utility of a basic
