Double tooth: A case report

This article presents a case report of an incidental finding of a double tooth in a 65 year old man. Medical and social history was non- contributory. Interestingly, clinical features tends to suggest fusion where-as radiographic analysis revealed gemination.

Ectodermal dysplasia with associated double tooth.

The case describes a double molar tooth in a seven-year-old girl who has ectodermal dysplasia. The most characteristic dental findings in ectodermal dysplasia are hypodontia and conically shaped crowns. In our case a double tooth was also present in the primary molar region, in addition to these characteristic findings.

Nonsurgical endodontic treatment of a tooth with double dens in dente

A case of "double" dens in dente with an open apex and periapical lesion is reported. Nonsurgical endodontic treatment was performed. The canals were medicated for 5 months with calcium hydroxide before obturation with combined sectional and thermoplasticized warm gutta-percha.
