AIAA Journal, 1984Summary: A method to predict unsteady aerodynamic forces on lifting surfaces in supersonic flow is presented. The wing is divided into small segments in which the lift force is expressed by a single-point doublet of the acceleration potential. This is the same concept as the doublet-point method developed by the authors for subsonic flows.

Hybrid doublet lattice/doublet point method for lifting surfaces in subsonic flow
Journal of Aircraft, 1991A hybrid unsteady lifting surface theory combining the best features of the traditional doublet lattice method and the more recent doublet point method has been developed. The hybrid code will handle unequal strip widths and nonparallel intersecting lifting surfaces and retains most of the computational efficiency of the doublet point scheme.
