Guangtongxin yanjiu, 1982 将彩色电视信号分离后,进行DPCM编码,其合成速率应是行频的倍数为34Mb/s1,为了能以三次群速率进行传输,要将34Mb/s信息流通过正码速调整提高到34368kb/s。候时抖动是码速调整的固有抖动,为了减小候时抖动並兼顾其它性能,本文设计了码速调整的帧结构,並对候时抖动进行了频谱分析。
