Modeling the blood–brain tumor barrier is challenging due to complex interactions between brain microvasculature and glioma cells. We present two‐photon polymerized 3D micro‐porous capillary‐like structures that support endothelial alignment, cytoskeletal organization, and pericyte‐endothelial‐glioma tri‐cultures.

The dragonfly Leucorrhinia pectoralis was recorded in Slovakia at 38 sites in 112 findings and there were 707 imagoes. Reproduction was confirmed in seven sites by finding of 35 larvae and exuviae.

High light exposure triggers an epidermis‐specific remodeling of mitochondria and ER in Arabidopsis, driven by chloroplast‐derived signals. Live‐cell imaging shows that HL rapidly suppresses mitochondrial motility, followed by fusion‐driven elongation and ER cisternal expansion.
