The Lake Kinneret Drainage Basin
2006The “Hula Project”constructed wetland ecosystem in northern Israel up stream of Lake Kinneret. The water budget of this lake Kinneret is controlled by precipitation and human management, especially the regulation at South Dam and the National Water Carrier. Effective management depends on successful collaboration between stakeholders.

Drainage Density in Drift-Covered Basins
Journal of the Hydraulics Division, 1970Drainage density, as determined for three drift-covered basins in north-central Wisconsin, has been correlated with mean annual flood flows and base flows. Deviations in the relationship for base flow from two basins are caused by groundwater gains and losses.
