2D Abrupt Nano‐Junctions Blending sp–sp2 Bonds on Atomically Precise Heterostructures

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A lateral heterostructure between atomically precise sp–sp2$^2$ metalated graphdiyne and sp2$^2$ graphene nanoribbons is realized by on‐surface synthesis and investigated by STM and DFT. The impact of on‐surface synthesis byproducts on covalent junction formation yield is unveiled.

Conjugated Metal‐Organic Frameworks on Laser‐Induced‐Graphene Scaffold Enable Picomolar Sensitivity in Electrical Biosensors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
A controlled layer‐by‐layer growth process integrates conjugated metal‐organic framework thin films onto a hierarchical 3D laser‐induced graphene scaffold. When incorporated into an extended‐gate field‐effect transistor configuration, this synergistic hybrid platform achieves robust aptamer immobilization, driving highly selective, picomolar‐level ...

Numerical Simulation Research of the Influencing Factor of Vortex Tool Drainage Gas Recovery Technology [PDF]

open access: yesThe Open Petroleum Engineering Journal, 2015
The problem of effusion in gas well bottom hole grows increasingly serious in the late exploitation of gas field. The technology of vortex drainage has good prospects because the tool is conveniently manufactured and environmentally friendly. Currently, the mechanism for the vortex drainage and the theory of fluid motion are still missing.

Imide Substitution Drives the Supramolecular Assembly of Perylene Diimide Into Laterally Modulated Metallic/Semiconducting Molecular Patterns

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Imide substitution with bulky 2,6‐isopropylphenyl groups induces perylene diimide to self‐assemble on Ag(111) into a monolayer with two coexisting adsorption heights. Molecules closer to the substrate gain metallic character due to charge transfer from the metal, while farther ones remain decoupled and semiconducting.

In Situ Integrated Titanium Oxide Synaptic Phototransistor Enabling Multimodal Plasticity and Noise‐Robust Selective Attention

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
An in situ integrated TiO2/SiOx/Al2O3 synaptic phototransistor couples ultraviolet and electrical stimuli within a scalable, CMOS‐compatible oxide stack. Multimodal plasticity, spike‐timing‐dependent learning, and bee‐inspired associative conditioning are achieved through trap‐mediated temporal dynamics.

Optimization of Velocity String Drainage and Gas Recovery Process for Sour Gas Wells in Jingbian Gas Field

open access: yesJournal of Physics: Conference Series
Abstract In view of the gradual attenuation of gas well energy during the development of Jingbian gas field, the liquid carrying effect of some gas wells with small gas production becomes worse, the drainage effect of 60 % gas wells is not ideal, and the H2S content of the lower paleo-sulfur gas wells is high, the salinity is high, there

O Radical‐Induced n‐to‐p Transition in PbS Quantum Dots Enabling Enhanced and Stable Photogating in QD/IGZO SWIR Phototransistors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
An O radical‐induced n‐to‐p transition in PbS quantum dots (QDs) is achieved via atmospheric Ar/O2 treatment, enabling favorable band alignment and stable photogating in PbS QD/IGZO phototransistors. Interfacial defect passivation and Fermi‐level modulation, confirmed by XPS and UPS analyses, effectively suppress dark current, induce a positive VTH ...
