Functional and Structural Evidence of Neurofluid Circuit Aberrations in Huntington Disease

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Disrupted neurofluid regulation may contribute to neurodegeneration in Huntington disease (HD). Because neurofluid pathways influence waste clearance, inflammation, and the distribution of central nervous system (CNS)–delivered therapeutics, understanding their dysfunction is increasingly important as targeted treatments emerge.

All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Toponímias da rede de drenagem

open access: yesTerra Brasilis, 2015
The objective of this research is to use the place names of the drainage channels marked on topographical maps to identify historic elements. Through the analysis of place names of drainage channels can infer about the local history, religious past, a ...

A network-indexbased version of TOPMODEL for use with high-resolution digital topographic data [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
This paper describes the preliminary development of a network index approach to modify and to extend the classic TOPMODEL. Application of the basic Beven and Kirkby (1979) form of TOPMODEL to high resolution (2.0 m) laser altimetric data (based upon the ...

ReAFFIRM: Real-time Assessment of Flash Flood Impacts: a Regional high-resolution Method [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
Flash floods evolve rapidly in time, which poses particular challenges to emergency managers. One way to support decision-making is to complement models that estimate the flash flood hazard (e.g.

Development of a New Simulation Tool Coupling a 2D Finite Volume Overland Flow Model and a Drainage Network Model

open access: yesGéosciences, 2018
Numerical simulation of mixed flows combining free surface and pressurized flows is a practical tool to prevent possible flood situations in urban environments. When dealing with intense storm events, the limited capacity of the drainage network conduits

Printed Integrated Logic Circuits Based on Chitosan‐Gated Organic Transistors for Future Edible Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Edible electronics needs integrated logic circuits for computation and control. This work presents a potentially edible printed chitosan‐gated transistor with a design optimized for integration in circuits. Its implementation in integrated logic gates and circuits operating at low voltage (0.7 V) is demonstrated, as well as the compatibility with an ...
