Recent Advances in Top‐Down Proteomics for Single‐Cell Research

open access: yesMass Spectrometry Reviews, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Individual cells have distinctive molecular characteristics, including biologically relevant proteoforms. Although single‐cell (SC) molecular omics offer unprecedented insights into cellular heterogeneity and function, the characterization of proteoforms in SCs remains an uncharted territory.

Drill bit seismic: A drilling optimization tool

Computer Standards & Interfaces, 1998
Abstract In recent years a new drilling optimization technique has emerged. Drill bit seismic uses the acoustic energy radiated by a working drill bit to provide time-to-depth and look-ahead information while drilling. This information, available in real time at the wellsite, significantly reduces uncertainty.

EndoButton drill bit failure

Arthroscopy, 2002
Abstract A case of an EndoButton drill bit failure associated with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using semitendinosus gracilis autograft is reported. The distal 10 mm flutes of the drill bit sheared off prior to graft passage. This event was likely related to repeated use of this bit, which is intended for single use only.

EXPERIENCE WITH STRATAPAX DRILL BITS

Proceedings of Southeast Asia Show, 1984
Abstract Polycrystalline Diamond Compact (PDC) bits have been extensively used in Polycrystalline Diamond Compact (PDC) bits have been extensively used in oil field drilling for sometime. Major performance gains have been reported for use of these bits in oil based drilling fluids, operating on mud motors.
